Manage Employee Records and Files Employee F&F, Exit Interview, Exit Formalities
Making training programme calendar & Coordinate for training for new and existing employees.
Engineers & Employee Site Scheduling Management.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments.
Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Developing KPI's for each employee and keeping track of the performance management of each employee
Use the HRMS Software to manage all HR Related Activities and constantly come up with new ideas for better information management
Managing office assist, security and all other administration related activities at all times.
Managing travel plan for the management and the team members
Managing payroll for the employees & all other statutory requirements related to employees
