ESTABLISHMENT OF ROKADE GROUP

Mr. H.S. Rokade started the business in 1992, in a rented space, with a small capacity dynamic balancing machine and with two workers.

INTRODUCTION OF ON-SITE SERVICES

In the year 1994, we thought of providing vibration consultancy and on-site balancing services, with the knowledge and contacts we developed in two years since the inception. For these activities, we procured portable instruments of indigenous makes.

ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRST SELF-OWNED WORKSHOP (THANE)

Over the period of five years, backed by our experience and efficient services, we could add more customers. This has resulted in acquiring own premises in Thane and expanding our activities and by installing new balancing machines of world renowned Schenck make, with capacity up to 3 tons.

TIE UP WITH SCHENCK

By next year, in 1998, we became business associates of Schenck, for marketing of dynamic balancing machines. Right from the first year, we had developed fairly good business for Schenck machines.

TIE UP WITH BASELINE

Two years later in 2000, we also tied up with Baseline Technologies, New Delhi, who are one of the reputed manufacturers of Vibration and Sound related Portable Instruments.

OPENING OF NEW BRANCH (BHANDUP, MUMBAI)

In the year 2002, we opened dynamic balancing facility in Bhandup, Mumbai, in self-owned premises, with a view to render services to various customers located in greater Mumbai. Since then, we have been catering to many small, medium and big companies, which are located in greater Mumbai region.

NEW FACTORY SETUP WITH EXPANSION OF DYNAMIC BALANCING CAPACITY (RABALE, NAVI MUMBAI)

In 2006, we set-up new balancing facility at MIDC, TTC industrial area, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, with capacity up to 10 tons. With this addition, our group progressed very rapidly, with more and more satisfied customers availing our services from almost all sectors, across India.

OPENING OF NEW FACILITY (PUNE)

With a view to meet the demands from clients in Pune and surrounding places, we commenced balancing facility in Talawade, Pune, in the year 2011, and since then, we have expanded our client base in Pune, as well.

EXPANSION OF DYNAMIC BALANCING CAPACITY TO 30 TONS (RABALE, NAVI MUMBAI)

Our vast experience and on time service demanded to add our balancing capacity further. Hence, to respond to the demand, we installed brand new Schenck balancing machine with a capacity of 30 tons. This capacity addition was in the year 2015. This has also been well received in the market, as more and more customers from all over India prefer Rokade Group to meet their balancing requirements.

MANUFACTURING OF PORTABLE VIBRATION ANALYZER & ONLINE VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEMS

In the year 2016, we have commenced In-House manufacture of portable vibration analyzer & balancer, vibration transmitters, loop powered sensors and VMS systems, which are cost effective. We also offer tailor made products to suit varied needs of customers.

TIE UP WITH GLOBALLY RENOWNED BRANDS (ROKADE INSTRUMENTS & VIBRO - LASER, USA & BALTECH - GMBH, GERMANY)

Being in the field for many years and having understood the pulse and expectations of customers, we started marketing more sophisticated Condition Monitoring / Vibration and many other reliability instruments. For these activities, we have tied-up with reputed manufacturers who are leading companies in their respective fields. Rokade Group is now pan-India marketing channel partners for these companies, since 2017. Within a short period, we could establish these products in India, and the products are well received in Indian market.
